Currently using Optimum Nutrition- it’s 24g protein in 120 cal per scoop (for the vanilla flavor). The chocolate peanut butter is ok but not as versatile as vanilla. I used to hate the taste but now I blend it just lightly with 8oz almond milk.

I'm 5"4 and considered short in comparison to my family, but I tell them that if they think I'm short, then what about the girls under the midget line (5"0)? Lol I don't like to consider myself as short, but others think "I will be a short mommy". I guess they don't realize the fact that there are quite a few people…

Did 47 push ups on my first set (for the past 10 days, I've been doing that increase your push up challenge). That's already close to my goal of 50 in a row, which I hope to reach on my next test day. My ultimate goal is to do 100 push ups effortlessly in a row.

This post is spot on! Weighing keeps me accountable, although because of relatives coming over, I've been sloppy with the scale. However, it's taught me what certain portion sizes look like and made me ditch the cereal lol. I notice when I don't weigh my food, I find it very easy to overeat (and very easy for me to just…

I admit..... I bloat a lot, even for a belly that's already relatively "big". Usually, my belly tends to bloat the most after a binge or a period of overeating (because high sodium + high carb + too much food). So if you're experiencing it, cut down on those and if you must, accept that your belly will bloat.

For me, PB was kind of a trigger food until I stopped eating it for a while (just because I would rather eat other foods than PB). Then a few days later, I tasted it and it tasted awkward. Now reduced fat peanut butter (if my mom accidentally buys any), I can't get my hands off of because the texture is much like nutella,…

Totally agree. It also helps me to form some "go to's" for when I get back to school (like I love having an Apple, Dannon Light and Fit, and a Cheesestick for around 250 calories that "holds" my stomach quite well). Cereal, I can definitley live without. No more big bowls of cereal because I swear, a bowl could have up to…

25 pounds within half a year, another 15ish within 9 months to a year. If I wanted to be accurate, I've actually been in the same weight range since March 2015. Doesn't bother me, I'm okay with being overweight. As long as I'm not in the obese range because that's when the real trouble starts (and hence why I'm trying to…

Between Christmas and (past) New Years: 0. Stayed the same. Allowed more indulgences than I should've, but still enjoyed most of it. And then TOM came right after I weighed, so I'm waiting for the monthly drop off. (Hopefully better than last month). I would say I gained an actual 4-5 pounds between November and mid…

I use Blogilates because Cassie's workouts are amazing (even though I don't agree with some of her ideas, but. ). It's on YouTube. I'm taking a break from the gym right now (and just what I need too).

CHEESE!!!! And the coburn farms slices too. They are low calorie, covers the oatmeal better than shredded cheese, and tastes fuller. I could put peanut butter, jelly, syrup, honey, and sugar but I need a lot of those to satisfy my sweet tooth and therefore, bumps the calorie count up. I don't really like fruit IN oatmeal…

Roasted Squash and some Barbeque Potatoes. Still cooking, so I didn't weigh out my portion yet (though I prelogging it). Looking good (and this will put me over in calories because I poorly spent over 1000 calories on treats and licks and bites). There's tomorrow, right?

I pretty much like EVERYTHING (even pizza lately, which I haven't eaten in over a couple years). So, I'll list the foods I really like (dependent on it they are prepared properly): Broccoli, Cauliflower, Chick Peas, Bananas, sometimes apples, Dannon Lit and Fit Greek Yogurt (Vanilla/ToastedCoconut/Cheescake), Cheese in…

I've started logging consistently since…

Basically I log everything minus water (and knock knock.... binges that I should log, but end up adding quick calories for...). Interesting enough, I do log my spices and my salts.

I guess I've yoyoed in some sort of fashion. The first time I was 13, 5"3, and weighed 145ish. Then for some reason, I had stomach problems or something that just killed my appetite so I barely ate anything. My weight went down to 130. Throughout the next two years, my weight increased steadily, but still in the 130 range…

Closed because I've done some form of logging since late October but my diary is just *wierd*. When it was open, I just tried to make myself look better even if I overate that day. Also because I like food, so my calorie goal is set a bit higher than someone for my height should be.

I got another one: I will try not to cringe at all the girls in the blogilates forum that say something like "I need to eat clean", or "eat clean this, eat clean that". Lol. I learned that imo, clean eating is overrated (And learned it the hard way. It worked for 6 months until I lost weight too quickly, then my hunger…

I will not get annoyed by data entries that do not have grams listed. I will, however, give my phone screen the evil look.

The stuffed feeling? Frankly, I don't miss it because it made me feel even more like crap. But what I do miss is the mindlessly stuffing oreos and m and m's and large bowls of macaroni and cheese in my mouth without giving a care everyday because there was a comfort in doing so. But then logging properly (for the past…

I'm not really much of a "snacker", but usually if I have enough calories in my day, I'll incorporate a treat that I like to change up (yesterday was apple pie, a couple days ago was trail mix). I also like baking too.
-
Pumpernickel bread. Eee gaad. Also agree with those who said Kale, and also collard greens for me too (depends on how the Kale and Collard Greens were made though, or if I make too much). Celery without Peanut butter and raisins.

I call it a day where I just "happened to eat more than my calorie goal". It always happens to me and that's life. I try not to emotionally attach myself to these kind of ideas of cheat meals and treat meals and such.

Today I weighed myself again (this time, with my stomach empty and only having a small coffee beforehand) and I weighed 167lbs so turns out I was overreacting a bit. But still, I need to be careful this week. Today I logged my food. The goal this week is to log all my food.
