bummer, I hate seeing this but I knew it was going to happen when I woke up this morning. I went out to lunch with my coworkers yesterday and ate some junk food. Feeling bloated and constipated

2016 will be a great year! And that one pound is probably not real fat because I overate Friday through Monday (plus not logging). It comes off with a week of staying within my goal, but resisting those binge days are difficult, but I can do it!0 -
Last week I lost 4.6 pounds from being sick. This week, I've gained some of that back, which I guess is to be expected. Last week I hit 180.8 today I am 184.0. I'm up 3.2 pounds. The medications I've been put on have cause a lot of GI distress and air on my stomach so only time will tell how much of the 184 is a true weight or not. Either way, for this challenge, I am still down a total of 4 pounds so I'll take it. Hopefully next week I'll be back on course at a more stable weight and can move forward from there. I can say that being sick through Christmas prevented any holiday weight gain Silver lining, you know.
My weight is starting to stabilize and I think I'll be able to move forward from here losing weight. Today I am 182.0. That's 2 pounds from last week and 6 pounds for the challenge. 12 pounds till challenge goal weight.
AHHHHHHH!!!! Driving me crazy.

Down almost 2 lbs. Wahoo!! Although my weight can swing quite a bit. Hope this is a downward pattern and not a fluke. I'm going to keep at it. Eating healthy and getting exercise is a good idea even if the scale doesn't always show it.

No loss this week. Had a big very high sodium meal last night so I'm sure I've lost, just not sure how much. All week I've been bouncing between 220 and 222. On the high end today.
