I'm shocked by this weigh-in! I had a really bad weekend and felt like I'd gained weight, but I'm still down a pound, which means so far I'm losing more than a pound a week for a total loss of 2.6 pounds. I was feeling pretty discouraged, actually -- I hit a brief low of 252.2 on Saturday night when I was super dehydrated, so the rebound to 253.4 was making me feel like a loser. This challenge really helps me keep everything in perspective and stop focusing on the miniscule day-to-day swings.0 -

Week two check in. I did work out a couple days which is an improvement. Haven't logged much for the past several days and doing some holiday baking, which leads to some "tasting". Not making much progress, but I realize it's my own fault. Today is a new day.
