    Ok I'm awake and technically its Tuesday here, so . . .
    I've lost 2.6 pounds.
    Some of it is probably water weight, since I fell out of routine earlier last week, then got back in on Thursday and plan to keep on with routine. Still, its nice to see. I'll weigh again this Thursday.

    So first week and I didn't lose. That's okay because I didn't gain either. Would love to have lost that 1.5 lbs but this is a process and I am not going to get upset about not losing. Heres to week 2!

    Joining the group a few days late, but I am committed!
    Female 44 5'4" and weight WAY too much at 209, ultimate goal weight 160 but this 90
    days will do 195. Slow and steady wins the race!

    I am in desperate need of working out. The holidays do not help this either. I am heavier than ever and need to have the motivation to work out every day! I tend to struggle with workouts, but I think a combination of dvds and going to gym should help my cause now. I will join this group (and finally update my mfp profile).

    Current Weight: 210 lbs (12/1/2015)
    Goal Weight: 180 lbs (2/28/2016)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 160 lbs (by summer...maybe?)

    My biggest challenge yet is to find the motivation and stick to it. Discipline and sticking to a daily routine has always been difficult for me. I mean to change this. Good luck to all!

    My scale might have been a little wonky during the first weigh in. I re calibrated it to make sure it was reading the right weigh. I checked my weight about half way through and I was on 206.4. So I might have weighed around 207-208 instead of 210. I even stepped on the scale like three times because I could not believe the weigh loss. Still, I kicked butt this past week! I watched my calorie count, I made an exercise routine, which I am now starting week 2. I am adding some more minutes onto my walk/run, and continuing with the weight training! I wrote a blog about my exercise journey and what exercises I am doing. I have not been down to near 200 in over three months! This is so exciting and I cannot wait for next week!
