  • Your goal weight really depends on your body type and muscle mass :) I have very big hips and a butt that won't ever disappear (even when I was 132lbs) with stronger thighs so my goal is 145-150. But if you have a smaller frame you could go smaller. At 132 I looked like a skeleton lol
