  • As you lose more and more weight your natural metabolism begins to slow down and thus your daily calories your body burns are lowered. The last couple pounds are the hardest you gotta tighten up your training and diet. good luck
  • Keep trying!! I've tried to lose weight and failed so many times but with that I learned and developed discipline. Now cutting is easy for me. Stay on top of your cardio and just start with small changes in your diet it will make a big difference. Good luck:))

  • meat is like your best friend when it comes to protein. otherwise I would suggest a protein supplement, and egg whites and milk are also good sources.
