Need an accountability buddy

Have lost 3 quarters of the weight but now need someone to help me with the last stretch! Am really struggling.... have lost enthusiasm and feel like I've lost the tools to continue. Really feel like have no clue how to do this last stretch. Exercise and diet doesn't seem to be a problem or maybe have become lax and kidding myself

    There were a few of us who started a group half pounders, if that suits you, fo join us. We are trying to stay motivated for slow weight loss (half pound per week )....

    As you lose more and more weight your natural metabolism begins to slow down and thus your daily calories your body burns are lowered. The last couple pounds are the hardest you gotta tighten up your training and diet. good luck

    Thanks. Does that mean that I have to keep on adding the training? Do an hour and a half already everyday.

    that should be fine but if your hitting a plateau on the scale you may have to get creative

    Oh gosh. What does creative mean? I'd it normal to gain weight even if you for over 1250 by 400 calories? Rather than just not losing any weight that week ? Thanks for the advice so far
