Thanks for the replies! I do strength training 5-6 days a week and have an active rest day. I'm not seeing any progress though and I am eating about 1200 calories a day.

Ate like 4 family sized bags of white chedder popcorn for dinner, and pizza for lunch, I was probably 2-3k over my calorie limit, oh well lol.

Thanks for the feedback!, do I need to up my calories? On a normal day I eat around 1800 or so. And I have been lifting weights for 5-6 months now, but I'm still decreasing in weight I can lift.
