I'm 20 weeks pregnant. So far I've gained something between 10 and 15 lbs. Trying to only gain another 15 lbs. We will see how that goes! I gained about 50lbs with my first baby!

Same with me! I'll have thigh gap before getting rid of any fat on my midsection. Losing inches on my legs with no change to my waist. I don't like it! Haha

If I get really angry about something, and I'm already just a little bit hungry, I want to eat everything that I'm trying to limit like bread and sweets. For almost everything else, it's the opposite. Sadness, exhaustion, stress, happiness, parties don't cause the reaction like anger does.

The only time I "detox" from coffee is when I feel like a few cups aren't giving me the pep that it used to. At that point I switch to green tea so that I can reduce the amount of caffeine I need without having the withdraw headaches. A week later, two cups of coffee make me feel wonderful again.

I don't know how it is for everyone else, but if I crave sweet stuff I'm usually behind on my water intake. It doesn't seem like it takes getting far behind either.

I don't eat bacon very often, but I would have gotten that fat rendering thing completely wrong. I'm glad everyone had answers for me. What would we do without MFP? ;)

I don't think I'm going to count the fat. I'm eating a HFLC so I should be just conerned with keeping my carbs low, right?

I would think if you logged your bacon, then it will count that fat for when you make your eggs too. If it's all logged under one meal, or even the same day, should it be counted already?

Ok, I asked because last time that I lifted heavy weights, I was totally wiped out and couldn't lift like before, so I freaked out a little. My bodyfat% measured the same but had lost 8 lbs from my starting weight, then freaked out even more thinking that all I lost was water and muscle!
