hmm, you could be eating one food regularly, in particular, that is high in sodium and not realise it? I would check through your food diary and see if there are any days where it seems high.

It doesn't hinder but I found that it just made me want more sugary drinks anyway and artificial sweeteners in it gave me a tummy ache all the time and made me dehydrated. I found it much better to drink lower sugar drinks ( those that are sparkling water and juice) and I drink mainly fizzy water. After I got over the loss…

I do weigh-in but only if I feel I look different or someone noticed. I would use a measuring tape, especially if you feel you are not loosing after weeks of trying and take photos as Nony_Mouse said.

If you have a charge 2. it has exercise modes that work with treadmill, stationary bike, weightlifting, workout and interval workout.

That isn't true , you can switch modes so it calculates your burns doing weights or the treadmill or interval workouts and after a month you will have a lot of information from it. but I don't think the up3 looks bad, not enough to switch anyway but maybe it does not recognise as much activity as fitbit?

I'm from London, I have lost about 20lbs and its taken a long time. I exercise a lot now and have had to tweak my diet over time to suit my conditions, which the people on mfp have helped me alot with tbh :smile:
