I've been okay, I had a cider yesterday and a low calorie pub lunch. It is unusual for me to receive anything at Easter so it has been rather easy. I was tempted to buy myself some chocolate today but I made a blueberry sorbet instead.

I'm getting this as well, I'm on day 10 restarting, so far caffeine has helped, I drink green tea. Or low calorie snacks such as low calorie popcorns or some Greek yoghurt.

Pure gym? seems to be an ad I keep seeing around at the moment or you could try your local council gym.

You could try making healthier versions of your junk food, for example sometimes I make pizza from cauliflower. and switching full sugar drinks for diet, then just slowly reduce the amounts of take out. Or sweet alternatives for snacks such as low calorie jelly, cherry tomatoes

I had an orange lucozade addiction, drank 1-2 litres a day, and I gave it up cold turkey and had withdrawals for months, headaches shakes, foul moods , extreme fatigue. I would say either just reduce it slowly or go hard and just cut it whilst thinking of the plus points. Sorry that probably isn't much help

I feel your pain, I love pizza, order it when I am drunk and me and my brother order in Pizza hut every week. I'm trying to just allow one every fortnight for now or just buying shop ones and eating half.

I used to dislike veg, I would only have sweetcorn, potatoes and tomatoes. Anything else I could not get over that feeling of wanting to sick whenever I tried it.
