• Look for a TOPS (taking off pounds sensibly) chapter in your area. There is one that meets in my town. It's like $20 for a year of weekly meetings.

• Im 5' 4" 33 years old, my CW is 171 I started at 182 at the end of August. My goal weight is 140. I'm hoping to be 165 at christmas. Slow but steady.
