 My overall starting weight was 103.6 kg
 Sw on 1dec was 95.8. Last week was very tough and I gained back 1 kg. pms helped, too.
 Cw 95.4 kg little progress but at least I didn't lose the battle
 My goal weight for 28 February 2016 is 88 kg.

 My biggest challenge yet is to find the motivation and stick to it. Discipline and sticking to a daily routine has always been difficult for me. I mean to change this. Good luck to all!

 My scale might have been a little wonky during the first weigh in. I re calibrated it to make sure it was reading the right weigh. I checked my weight about half way through and I was on 206.4. So I might have weighed around 207-208 instead of 210. I even stepped on the scale like three times because I could not believe the weigh loss. Still, I kicked butt this past week! I watched my calorie count, I made an exercise routine, which I am now starting week 2. I am adding some more minutes onto my walk/run, and continuing with the weight training! I wrote a blog about my exercise journey and what exercises I am doing. I have not been down to near 200 in over three months! This is so exciting and I cannot wait for next week!

            I definitely want to join in on this. My current weight is 238.6. My goal is 210 by Feb 28! I think that's very realistic, and I'm so excited to be a part of this!

            Joining late but I need help and motivation - I have tried to lose weight now for many years - I lose then gain over and over again - my saying for the challenge is "If you are tired of starting over, Stop giving up"

 I do just cardio(running and elipitical...I want to try rowing too) and weight training. I also do yoga on rest days which is typically only on Sunday. I wish I can take more yoga classes. I like the setting but most of the classes offered at my gym conflict with my schedule.0
