I am in the 1200-1499 calorie bracket. I usually fit right in the range. Let me know if you need any help. i could take a look at your food diary :)

Sounds like a great start. What did you do for dinner? I am always looking for new recipes!

Just me and also looking to expand my team. We have been so successful with the 21 day fix challenge! Lot's of transformations.

I just made chicken fajitas. Wheat wrap, chicken, peppers and onions., a little cheese and some Greek yogurt (to replace sour cream)...really good!
-
I was off track for a few months myself. Its def hard getting back, but so worth it. Having friends to support you is a huge help! You've got this!
-
I love the crockpot...will def take a look!

Started my 3rd week yesterday!

You can definitely see the abs coming through. That's always my hardest part...and my butt..lol
-
Awesome results..what did you do?
-
I use my orange for dressing on my salads. The book has some yummy recipes!

It's definitely harder than the fix. I feel its harder than Body Beast. You use heavy weights but it's mixed with cardio. Kicks your butt!

Congrats!!

I find that preparing the foods makes it so much easier and I make better choices. This week my husband and I made a huge batch of Turkey Chili to have at lunch at work. Im not a morning person either so I do my workouts at night. I am actually do the hammer and chisel workouts....its a nice challenge :)

Oh sorry to make my final point. Mary Kay and Avon both have face products that claim reduce lines and wrinkles. I can't say that they don't work....why? because I have never used it. I can't make judgment on something I've never used. I'm not going to call their company or all of their consultants scammers. Just because…

Oh my sister actually used that one too. Lost a lot of weight on it and said her stomach had less digestive issues than she had in a long time. Look we could go back and forth for hours and I need to get some sleep. Maybe you should actually check into the 21 day fix. See what its all about. I know a lot of people who have…

Lol....Beachbody has lots of programs. I think your referring to the Ultimate reset. Do you even know what that is? One part of the reset actually helps remove waste from the colon... in other words detox.

Do some research before you badmouth a company. And don't put words into my mouth. I didn't say unethical. I said yeah some people can just be in it for the sale... again, that is everywhere. But the company is good. The products work. Even if the ciaches are in it for a sale, they are still selling the customer something…

I love my coach...and was introduced to a lot of people with the same fitness mindset. We kept each other on track and gave great support. I also like the 21 Day fix. The meal plan is super easy and actually very similar to a plan that a professional bodybuilder gave me. He charged me more than what the 21 day fix was...lol

I get that. But that's not a scam. There are sales people all over the place. Just thought it was an unfair statement. Avon, marykay...all those places are mlm. And people selling their products.
-
How are they scammers? I have used Beachbody products for years. I lost weight and never got scammed. Plus met a bunch of great people.

Here is a link to the recipe. Serving size is 1 1/2 cups. http://www.beachbody.com/beachbodyblog/nutrition/turkey-chili

Made a huge pot of Turkey Chili for my husband and i for lunch all week. 1 Red, 1 Yellow and 1 green.

Lentils and beans are considered carbs on this plan. What about yogurt, or shakeology? Have you read the book of approved foods?
-
This is not intimidating at all. Its actually one of the easiest plans I followed. My husband started with me a week ago and lost 10 lbs already. He was unsure at first and now he plans His meals on his own. I can help you out if you like.

Awesome! That's a great start! Are you having an easier time with you meal plan?
-
21 Day has specific serving sizes for each container. I don't think they are equal to the lunchblox. For example 1 cup equals 1 green, 3/4 c. equals 1 Red and so on.
-
Uggghh thank you for this post. It was driving me crazy!
-
I had lean steak, a red potato, green beans and asparagus for dinner. (1 Red, 1 Yellow 1 Green and some olive oil) So good! What did everyone else have?

SweetieBri just go by what the program tells you. Don't worry about your calories. You figured out the range you should be in s o go by the amount of containers you need in each group.
