I take Trader Joe’s multivitamin for women - it’s gentle on stomachs (some vitamins make me nauseous). I also take a fish oil and vitamin d. Most women are vitamin d deficient. Super important!

@SmithsonianEmpress I have a 24 oz. Camelbak bottle I sip on all day at work. Whether I'm thirsty or not, I just suck on it throughout the day. My goal is always 1 full bottle before lunch and 1 full bottle after lunch. At home I use a SodaStream to jazz up my water options. Drinking water is so important. It helps…

What a good idea! Are there any Instant Pot users? I have a few good recipes I can share...

@leonadixon I feel ya! That is a hard habit to break, especially when you're not the only one making decisions. Would your husband be willing to give up the pizza delivery? I can only overcome nighttime foraging by not ordering take out and not keeping tempting foods in the house. If I'm hungry, actually hungry, I'll grab…

I DEFINITELY DO THIS!!! LOL!!!! But I use an app on my phone.

Thank you for this! It helps keep me going.

It was really good! http://www.emilybites.com/2015/05/beef-enchilada-quinoa-bake.html I added jalapeno peppers and diced tomatoes.

This is a tough one! I became a militant meal planner when I first moved to Chicago because my budget was so tight. I literally write down every meal I'm going to eat for the week and cook on the weekend so all I have to do is grab the food and heat it up. You will feel so good once you get into the habit! Eating at…

Does anyone have tips for strengthening nails? Mine are terrible - if I polish them at home they get dry and start peeling. This is a thousand times worse if I get a professional manicure. It takes forever for them to get back to normal.

Also - about a year and a half ago I joined Ipsy (a subscription makeup service). I was never adventurous with makeup and never knew what to buy. This has been great! I get a lot of stuff I would never buy and looks amazing. It also includes skin care, hair products, and brushes (among other things).

What a fun topic! I am militant about washing and moisturizing my face every morning and night. I think whatever you do, consistency is key. I actually just use good old Trader Joe's face moisturizer and face wash! Awhile back I started using Argan Oil - just a little bit in the morning and evening. My skin feels so…

1 plank - 1 minute 20 seconds. It was tough!

Me too! My resting heart rate goes down when I don’t drink! And I sleep way better.

My coworker and I are planking every day - we challenged each other! We’re up to a minute. It’s so good for you!

I don't know what is right or wrong and I have read so many conflicting articles and statements on this! That is my disclaimer. My MFP goal is 1200 calories a day. Most days I exercise in some way (gym, walking, etc.) so I try to keep my calories around 1400. Some days I go over, some days I don't.

Today I feel stable! All of the post holiday craziness is behind me and it feels so good to be back in a good routine.
