cut down on calories slowly this way you will notice how much you can eat to maintain you milk supply. my little one is almost 3 and still breastfeeds. I dieted when he was little and didn't notice any drop in my milk but everyone is different hope this helps xx

Still breastfeeding here 2.5 years cut it down to once morning and evening and through the night. Ebf for 6 months. Lost 20 pound last year but put it back on. Hoping to be 130-140 by summer currently 192 feel free to add me x

Only lost 2 pound since last update but have started exercise today after a terrible weekend dreading the scale so staying away till Saturday morning burned 150calories in 11 minutes so my since I started this challenge SW 194.4 Cw 192 How is everyone else getting on x

Received I'm giving myself plenty of time to lose it as I've always tried to lose it in 6 months go on a very low calorie diet and end up saying yes to crisps and carbs lol so going to give myself a year to lose it all how are you doing it x
