Just read through all of the comments and was surprised to see all of the negative comments about this diet. Its working really well in my case and I'm down a total of 8lbs in 10 days. It's funny how some people are only interested in negative comments and imposing their thoughts on something that they havent even tried.…

Diet by Haylie Pomroy. 4 week program. First 2 days carbs and fruits, next 2 proteins and veggies last 3 all of the above plus healthy fats. Started monday and lost 6 lbs so far. No caffeine, alcohol or sugars
