  • You look so pretty! Great job!!! Jess, would you be my friend here? I started May 2015 with 228 lbs and I am now at 154. My goal is the same as yours between 130-135. Ideally I would like to be there by the one year anniversary. We have a simliar body build also maybe we could help each other in terms of what exercises…
  • You are amazing! You look so handsome and happy :-) I bet inside now as on the outside also!
  • Thank you! I'd rather spent 30 than the 100 :-) I don't need the fancy features where it plugs my weight from the scale automatically in my Fitbit account.
  • I joined PF last year in September again and I also hate those pizza nights or bagel Tuesday's ... I don't want to smell that when I walk in and want to work out!!! In my gym employees warm their food up between 8-9:30 am and the vents are so bad the entire gym smells! I get so hungry and miserable
  • I started with planet fitness years ago when I was very obese a pint the plan was to loose weight - just like someone before said the monthly fee was so small I never bothered to cancel because what if I want one day go work out ?!!! So at the end I payed them at least 150 and wen maybe 3x.
  • I was wondering the same thing. I saw this weekend a scale at Costco with the weight watchers logo on it for around 25 bucks. I didn't get it because I wasn't sure how good a scale is at this price point. (I got for christmAs a Fitbit HR watch and browsed their accessories and the Fitbit scale is 100++)
  • I am 47 and lost 75 lbs since May 2015. My food choices are repetitive since I know they have been working well so far. I am going to open my diary and would love to have more friends with opens diaries as well so I can get more ideas what I could eat.
  • It would love to join! Want to loose 30 lbs by May. How can I add you?

  • I am 47 years old and 5'4. At my highest I weigh about 289 Lost weight and gained some back. Pulled the break at 228 this year in May Right now I am at 168 for the last two weeks. My goal is to be no later than 1by May 2016 135 lbs.
  • I will look for the code tomorrow. Thanks for sharing
  • I am 5'4 (164cm) 47 years old. Starting weight May 2015 228 lbs I reached my first goal. I never thought I would be able to go below 180. Right now I plateau at 168 lbs - loss of 60lbs. Since counting calories I stayed between 1200 - 1400 cal a day. I never use the calories I "earned" with working out. My new goal is 130…
  • Hello Shannon, I also have a lap band. I have had several problems with it - once the band slipped, than this year in May I was so frustrated that I had gained so much back, but yet was only able to keep bad foods down. I am sure you know which ones work lol. Anyways I went to the dietician and she ordered x-rays to see if…
  • Unfortunately I can't help. I cook/prep all my foods at home so I can track everything and than cook for the family separate. I did go out twice but it freaked me out because I wasn't able to figure the calories out.
  • :-) Hormones play a big role. Did you google that? I noticed in my 60 lbs weight loss journey a few weeks I was so good eating and working out and the scale moved up. I was so frustrated so I googled it and there are a bunch of sites who explain the issue. Sure enough I weight mysElf a week later and I lost like 2-3 lbs.
  • I have been on the 1200-1400 cal per day diet since May and I lost 60lbs. I stick most days with the foods I know that fit in my budget. Since I don't eat as much anymore a package of sandwich turkey lasts a long time and I don't want it to get bad. :-) 3 days is pretty short to say if you can stick long term to the 1200…
