Some people have issues forever with beans and lentils. Try introducing it in small amounts once a week and see if your body gets used to it little by little.

Which kind of IBS? If it's IBS-C make sure to drink plenty of water every day. Probiotics are helpful also.

I am accurate with food logging, I use a scale. 1500 on non exercise days, if im just on a treadmill or elliptical I leave it at 1500, if I do an intense class like boxing I do 1800 but today I am over eating for breakfast because of yesterdays class. Im 5'6, 150 lbs

How many calories would you be eating and burning on the days you feel hypoglycemia? Have you checked you sugar how low does it actually go ?

Thanks, the question wasnt on how many calories i should eat. Was asking what symptoms others have that help them realize if they are not eating enough. But yes trial and error makes sense.

I know what you mean I am always surprised by those people and how they do it but I always assume they arent actually counting their calories accurately with a food scale. What are your stats like and how many calories do you eat and burn?

Hope you dont mind me asking, are you non diabetic hypo, or does it happen because of diabetes? Meal timing is a good suggestion but I generally feel fine during day, it seems to be am issue at night and in the morning. This is something I am investigating with a dr but was interested to see how others feel.

5'6 150, I eat 1500 on days i dont exercise. Yesterday I did kickboxing and ate 1800. I feel like 1800 was enough and didnt actually feel hungry, but did feel crappy. And the bad feeling wasnt from muscle tiredness.

Huh? How can I be over estimating calories burned if I am feeling bad at night? Yes eating would be the solution but then I wouldnt be losing weight. Im just asking how others know when they are under eating. My calorie in and out estimation is not the question right now.

Do you exercise? If so do you do it in the morning or evening? Just wondering because lately I've been hating to eat breakfast as well, seems to make me tired but I prefer to exercise in the morning and not sure if it's a good idea to work out on empty stomach. What time do you eat lunch usually?

I dont do intense lifting right now. Just classes with dumb bells, body bar, and cardio. Some days Im also on elliptical. So in that case I should do moderate ? Its just confusing because the only choice is 3-5 moderate or 5-6 strenuous. But im doing 7 days.. Do I still pick 3-5 moderate in my case?

Yea I didn't expect that I would need electrolyte replacement but have been having fatigue and low blood pressure. Dr also suggested that this might be the issue when exercising.

It sometimes feels like as soon as I finish eating the oatmeal I am hungry right away. Like if I didn't eat anything to begin with I would've been better off. It is so strange and started happening out of no where.
