1293, feel free to add me :) (it's a weird exact number because I count macros too lol)

Time is something I have luckily ha, but exactly I have nothing to lose anyway. I want to get really fit regardless so it's just something extra to work towards. :)

I would like to do figure as I think with an already muscly/broad build this would suit me better than bikini, and fitness. Do you have a personal trainer? I'm getting online coaching and hoping that will be enough.

I'm prepared for the sacrifices. I once was disciplined it's just training myself to be that way again. Thanks for the advice! :)

I want to prepare for a comp in May. It's a while away so I have plenty of time and already fairly fit. I'll add you and message you so you can tell me about your journey so far :)

I'm 5'2, 22 and 116 lbs. My goal is between 108-110 and then I'd like to tone up too. My problem is eating as well, I'm generally pretty good but some days tend to over eat. We are very similar :)

Oh wow. Thanks for the that. Looks like I'm booking in a physio appointment!

Thank you both for the info :) appreciate it heaps!

Thank you! I feel SO much better. Obviously cutting out alcohol helped but the passion I developed for running is what really changed me. You should definitely start :)
-
Thank you both! :)

Okay so basically if the coaches are great, then I should be fine! Thank you for the information :)
-
Thank you both so much :)

I did all the above. 1200 calories. I eat clean (I eat a mainly vegan diet). Running almost everyday. No alcohol. :)

I used to binge eat too, so I understand how hard it can be to stop that habit also. I did the same for binge eating as alcohol. I just told myself 'I don't do that anymore'. It is a challenge to change your mindset, but it is worth it. As losing weight and staying healthy really comes down to how you think. Not keeping…

My mental health was at risk as I had an onset of schizophrenia and my psychologist told me if I didn't stop drinking my depression and anxiety would become worse, and it could have lead to induced psychosis. It is a very long story but I was going through hell with my mental health so I didn't have a choice. My…

You're doing so well!! You look great! :)

I try to stick to 1200 calories per day. When I lost most of the weight, I would stick to 1200 calories, run everyday and never eat back the calories I burnt. I didn't track macros either. The food I ate was mostly carbs. I've been quite slack since Christmas and I'm surprised I've actually managed to lose more weight. But…

I wouldn't be concerned about how much I'm lifting, and I'm willing to push myself but I do a very competitive nature... I will do the start classes and see if I enjoy it and if I'm capable with my injury and if not... I think my next option will be personal training. Thanks everyone for all the information and advice:)

I think you're right I'll have to get it checked as I haven't seen a physio in over a year due to my financial situation, but it'll definitely be worth getting it looked at because it has become a lot worse. I get a lot of pinching, muscle spasms and there's constant pain. Although when I use machines at the gym it seems…

Thanks so much! :)

Thanks guys :)
-
Thanks for all the info ladies! Very excited to start now!! :)

Will they allow me to do it if I have shoulder injuries? Will my injuries get in the way? They offer a start class but I'm still nervous as strength isn't my strong point. What was its effect on your body? Did you see significant changes?
-
Thank you! :)
-
Feel free to add me! Especially any other Aussies on here :)

The sunwarrior protein is probably the best I've looked at so far but it's so expensive :(
