I got this from the back of the bag of Halloween candy I bought. I am not sure if they are an irregular size but they look like the standard fun size. I would take a picture but I threw the bag out.

You know those teeny tiny fun sized Almond Joys? 220 calories. for one. ugh silly coconut

The texture is really weird - it was erm, squishy (the only edible part of a sea urchin are its, ahem, balls if you will as I found out later) Other than that it just taste like the ocean. Briney and slightly fishy but it wasn't bad.

Uni! (sea urchin)

Roasted coconut chips! Whole milk yogurt, cheese.
-
I'd love one if someone has an extra!
-
I Just tried the camo n' cream - It is pretty good. It is just traditional Blue Bell pistachio and milk chocolate with cream cheese ice cream which isn't as strongly flavored as I would like, but it is still really tasty. If you like Blue Bell pistachio definitely give it a try.
-
Also its more like 2.5 servings - they all weigh more than stated. But the birthday cake one is yummy :)
-
See I love the chocolate Oatmega flavors - especially the mint! Although I don't recall having the white choc ones. I will have to give them a try!

I ate a donut for dinner... :)

I agree with the general sentiment - also please note re-comping takes a long time. It look me about a year to go from 22% bf to 17% .
-
I am a 00/0 in most things - I am 5'1 and my measurements are 34-23-34 so sounds about right!
-
I feel your pain - I am 5ft and 98lb - I get 1500 to maintain and that is with 4-5 1 hour long bootcamps a week.
-
Not sure how it is in Australia - but in the US labeling laws allowed for anything up to .5g to be labeled as 0. But you said you don't eat a lot of processed foods so you should be fine, and just in case look at the ingredients of everything you buy. Anything hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated is Trans.

For me it definitely came from a vanity standpoint at first - but the more I work out the better I feel and the more I like pushing myself physically and mentally. I don't look down at my body anymore. I just appreciate it for what it can do.
-
I could hug you for this - I am 5'1 ~95lb and I get a lot of crap for the way I look. I am the fittest I have ever been at around 17%bf and I lift heavy and eat well. It is as if my existence somehow makes others feel less about themselves so they try to tear me down. I also get flack from my family because I make working…

I usually go for a piece of fruit - usually a banana or an apple. Carbs seem to help me out

http://www.maangchi.com/ <---- This is a great website to start with, a lot of veggie options for sure.

This is precisely why we have iodized salt. it is a trace mineral and doesn't need to be supplemented for the majority of the population.

This may work for you, but I would not recommend over-striding. Your foot should be landing below your hip. I developed a lot of hip problems when I was trying to overcompensate for my short legs this way ( I am 5'1 with a 28in inseam)
-
I have the same problem, really all you can do is up your water intake and try to consume more potassium rich foods. This is a good article for reference - http://www.muscleforlife.com/water-retention-and-weight-loss/

Thanks for the reply. I have heard of people trying to feed their pets a vegan diet and it is something that I object to because as you said it isn't optimal for their health. But it is interesting from an ethical standpoint, guess it goes back to holding animals to different standards from humans..

Unfortunately I think with any thread like this it is likely to get derailed in the end. I think of it as a conversation - rarely does it end discussing what was originally brought up. But thanks for your response.
-
so I have a question - for vegans with dogs/cats or other carnivorous pets, do you feed them conventional food? just curious, sorry if this is off topic.
-
Yeah I am all about moderation - I wish I logged more consistently to show you. But I have been maintaining @ 96-98lb for around 2 years (started at 120ish) at 5'1 17%-19% bf and I don't cut out anything. I don't really pay attention to my macros anymore, I do make sure that I get "enough" protein to maintain my muscle…

Oat bran with PB & protein powder or Ezekiel toast w/ PB & Fig butter (nom nom trader joes!)

As others have said, unless you are highly muscular it is a fair indicator of a weight range. There are always exceptions though - for example my boyfriend is 6'1 ~220lbs which gives him a BMI of 29 (almost obese) but he is very muscular and sits at about 12% bf at this weight. Me on the other hand, I am 5'1 and 96lb which…

This recipe on how to cook quinoa will save your life http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2013/09/16/how-to-cook-quinoa/ I had tried all sorts of recipes that called for way shorter cooking times and the quinoa always turned out grainy and bitter. This recipe is fluffy and wonderful. well worth the extra time to cook it. It…

I like mine cubed and roasted with a little coconut oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper. My boyfriend made hash browns out of them with onions-- so good. I can't stand any kind of sweet topping.. things are sweet enough as is. Also if you have a chance, try Japanese sweet potatoes (the purple ones with white flesh). Those…

I am 5'1, 96lb with 17% bf. Maintaining right now.
