PaleoinScotland I tried roasting my Jamaica Mountain beans and almost killed us with the noxious fumes. I do not recommend unless you know what you are doing in a highly ventilated space.

Sugar free instant mocha 1 1/2 tsp. 1tsp regular instant coffee. Dash of peppermint extract. DELICIOUS winter drink...1 x per day at most. Mostly, I am a hot green tea drinker. Bullet proof coffee once or twice a week is all I can handle.

I am not a coffee person, so had to start very slowly with BPC. One tsp fat. Now I am up to two TBSPS, but only drink it on days I am heading to the pool for a heavy duty workout. It will never be something I love, but it is tolerable. Averaging 4#'s per month for almost 8 months. Doctor and I are both happy.

I never had a cheat day and I do not want one. Took six months to get this far. I sincerely want this to be lifestyle forever. Try to always keep carbs below 20g. The ones I do eat are fruit and or veggies. Still no cravings since I started in February. Not going to rush it. Praying to just go with the flow!

Anewlifeat40. I talked to my Dr. About those same symptoms. Ketogenic was helping lose weight, inches, blood levels, etc. the constipation, bloating, etc. were problematic. She suggested Smooth Move tea and Sennakot. So far, so good. Best of luck to you.

I seem to do the same thing. Of course the pattern is followed by deep remorse AFTER THE FACT! Heading to workout and work off instead of wallowing.

I make a very taste and healthy guacamole by peeling ripe / black colored avacados, mashing them with a fork, adding lime juice and minced onion to the right consistency. Delicious and easy. Pita chips, Scoops, etc.
