Thank you guys. I have had hard time shedding these pounds even before. I have now 1. cut back completely on soda, 2. added a protein filled breakfast in my routine, 3. I get 3 days of excercise per week, that I need to increase to upto 5/ 6 days, 4. i usually have a bottle of wine over the weekend, that I definitely need…
