I burn quite a lot of calories some days, and sometimes I don't think I can physically eat all of them back. On a daily basis, I usually fill up on carbs because I remembered somewhere (bio class?) that carbs are suppose to makes you feel full. Beach volleyball, and indoor volleyball. I recomend practically everyone to do beach volleyball, because it's great excercise and you loose weight quickly if you do it at lease 3 times a week for 3- 4 hours each. (Only if you work your butt off every time!)
