I'm vegan too and you can add me if you like and also ask me any questions you may have. I think it definitely makes sense to take baby steps and give yourself time. It's a transition that can be very fast for some and slow for others.

This is such a great thread :smiley: Hope I can join in with this. So just for today, Monday Dec7: 1) Log everything I eat. 2) Meditate. 3) Distract myself when I feel the need to emotionally eat.

Cooking in bulk can be anything really. I love to make all kinds of soups, chili sin carne (just add TVP instead of the meat) or stews. Oven roasted veggies are great too. Just cut up your favourite veggies and some tofu, toss them in a bit of oil and herbs and roast them in the oven.. super fast. For treats, banana ice…
