Im set at 1650. With a 2lb loss weekly. I do good mon -thursday being under 300+ calories then suppose to. But weekends come and sometimes go over. People say that those are extra calories to play with. But in my case..no weight loss for past 3 weeks..measure and weight food with scale... Doing domething wrong

Yea.. Lets say i drink etc whatever on sat. My monday weight and thurs weight is close to the same. No pounds differential. Just ounces

Yea. Usually go under all week except one day. Beer extra food etc.. But past 3 weeks stuck at 198lbs..weird

If you go over 1 day. Does that mean you dont lose weight. Say going over 500-700 calories

Scale at gym confirmed digital weight..maybe the dial has been off the whole time. I dunno

Okay..thank you. Ill see what the scale says in a couple days..also i changed my scale from dial sxale to digital. Dial scale eas last at 199. 4 days ago. Today..digital is 204.2

I do measure food. And log what i digest. Just confused with macros. Feel as long as im under calorie intake. I should be good. Guess not...

Usual 3 months straight now. Was doing good. Just blew me away how 4 days could go up so quick

Hit gym 4-5 dsys a week. Cardio/strength training.measure food... Seems quick to gain so much so fast.
