Will going over 500-700 calories on a day. But eating a t a 1000 deficit 6 days a week hinder me from losing weight... Ex. Drinking beer going over. Or eating over 1 day during the week.

It all comes down to the numbers. If you eat fewer calories than you burn overall, then you'll lose.

As long as you're still in a deficit for the week you should be fine. Though you may see some increased water retention or other scale fluctuations around your higher calorie days.

Is your blowout day right before your weigh-in day? The extra food and liquid in your system, plus sodium, plus dehydration from the alcohol, can temporarily mask any weight loss.

Well, the problem could be something else entirely, then. If you're not weighing, measuring, and logging every little bite you are eating, then you may be eating a lot more calories than you realize. It's a pretty common error.

Are you logging the each of the Saturday beers so that you know your calories for the week?
