Currently I'm at 187.5lbs I wanna be at a weight of 195lbs so bulking up and getting stronger in the process. Also about 1lb a month, not looking to gain bad weight.

Personally it helps me when I go lower, but for some people going at a 90 degree angle helps save their knees or by wearing accessories like knees wraps and weight belt. Also some shoes help out.

I have a really fast metabolism, but I found out that I really haven't been eating the right foods. I'm 5'9 , 184lbs, rating about 3,750 calories plus how many I lose during a workout. I'm trying to get to 190. The past 2 weeks or so I have gained more strength and a good 2 lbs , which now I'm at 186lbs. It's about eating…

If you wanna lose fat you should set your carbohydrates and protein higher than fats. I'm not sure how many calories your eating at the moment, but usually take in a deficit of 200-500 calories from what your eating right now. Do you work out, I assume?

To be honest all this app does is track what you ate. You have to be responsible and consistent in doing so, so at the end of the day you are the one who is trying to reach a goal. But other than that this app helped me track what I ate. It's beneficial to me

Doing a squat you have have good form and breathe properly while doing the lift. But it takes time to get to actually put up some weight. For me it helps doing sets of 5 and reps of 5 to increase strength. I am about 5'9 and 181lbs. Repping 225 on bench and repping 315 on squat and deadlift at about 420 as if right now.…

Maybe it's the time of day you are eating? If not you should see a doctor because not eating can mess up your stomach and cause problems.

This app only provides a way of tracking what your eating. You have to eat the foods first to gain weight because at the end of the day it's on you.

Rest and ice helps out. It might be the shoes your wearing or you could just tape your shins

My macros are 45% carbohydrates 35%protein and 20% fat. But I weight lift and have a calorie count of 5,000. Personally I think carbohydrates and protein have to be higher than fats.
-
I would say dead lift and bench is my main lifts.
-
That's actually a really good pull!

That's impressive!

In gaining weight you have to be consistent. Your eating habits have to be good as well. I was a small kid but as 2 years passed I gained 20 lbs just working hard in the gym and eating . Carbs and protein should be the main macros in your diet, but that's my personal preference. Strength training also help me build muscle…
