What would you say is your best lift? Bench, squat, or deadlift?

I'm a female, but meet those stats. Deadlift is my best, but I can only pull 350 pounds.

I'm there for your stats. Tie between bench and deadlifts. Can bench 85kg with visible room for more, and deadlift 167.5kg.

I'm almost those numbers (have you by 5 pounds or so), have to say Squat is my best lift, especially since I hurt my shoulder and have lost 50 pounds from my top bench numbers back in the summer.

That's actually a really good pull!

I would say dead lift and bench is my main lifts.
