Is the iifym calculator accurate? I need some help with setting macros. I don't need to lose weight I'm 5'3 and weigh 105 lbs but I do want to lose fat in areas and tone up. I'm pretty clueless at the calorie and macros lol

If you wanna lose fat you should set your carbohydrates and protein higher than fats. I'm not sure how many calories your eating at the moment, but usually take in a deficit of 200-500 calories from what your eating right now. Do you work out, I assume?0

She isn't trying to lose weight so a deficit isn't appropriate.
