I noticed that leptin levels were lower than usual so i drink the day before refeeds religiously i just get red wine fit it in my macros by walking 4 miles to earn it im still losing weight getting a buzz and keeping leptin happy

I wasnt losing weight cause i forgot to add the 4tbsp of olive oil i was pouring into the pot to pan sear my fish, that adds up also the sauces were throwing me off, salt consumption kept my water up , switch up your cardio if you jogging alot try swimming or jump rope it might change things up a bit

Id put very active on, add more calories then that cause 1500 is just the bike ride you still walk and move around all day you probably burning 4k-5k calories on those days do calorie cycles and carb cycle for those days raise caloroes on rest days lower it
