No one on this app ever listens to me 😡😡 I have said repeatedly I weight Everything yet majority of comments are telling me to weight everything and I have said I log everything I eat on normal days yet people are telling me my logins are inaccurate 😡😡😡😡😡😡. I’m a student which means I can wake up at 7am and only get home…

@Johal2021 i log everything I eat except my cheat days because I have a higher calorie allowance on those days so I just track it in my iPhone notes

@sbelletti i don’t go over my maintenance calories on cheat day I don’t go over 1600 calories on those days and on my diet days I eat 1200 or under. So either way I should still be maintaining at least I deffo shouldn’t be gaining weight

@nooshi713 that’s annoying because I’m having a cheat at this Saturday and Tuesdays for peoples birthdays :( I’m going to from Monday up my water intake to 1 gallon a day as now I drink maybe 500mls a day that’s all so I think I have a lot of water weight.

@debrag12 3 stone are still off I gained 1 stone over lockdown Thankyou very much. It is and was a success I was just greedy when we wasn’t allowed to do anything in the word other than eat.

@cwolfman13 because I will be drinking alcohol or coke so won’t have time for water and Even if I do I don’t fancy having to run to the toilet every few seconds at a party

This was my food diary from the other day. The curry was a ready meal from Asda. I gained 3lbs after this and I was under calorie limit and exercised and lost almost 400 calories which I forgot to add on. I don’t know how to open my diary

@janejellyroll if the packaging says 1 chicken is 300 cAlories then it mostly likely is 300 calories there not allowed to lie.

@janejellyroll it does for example it will say 30g of frosted flakes is like 134 calories so I will then weigh out 30g frosted flakes

@muscleflex22 if it’s something like cheese or cereal where I only want the reccomend amount for the calories I will weights otherwise I just read the back of the packaging for example it will say 1 chicken fillet is 300 calories so I just record everything I eat
