  • Had great success this week w/ 1 true fast day (Monday - 480 cal), and 1.5 semi fast days (Tues evening thru Thurs evening, 1100 calories. I dropped off 4 lbs and am within .5 lb of my quarterly goal! Next week gets me over the finish line.
