So human DNA found in hot dogs and the meat in vegetarian ones are good for you? Probably not
-
Please go and YouTube how hot dogs are made and tell me how that's not bad for you
-
Ok you are all correct I apologise to you all. Obviously I didn't realise you are all highly qualified in nutrition... When I return to the UK I'll be asking my GP about all this. I've come to realise the forums are only helpful if it's what you believe in and any other way is wrong. You're all quite quick to judge and…

Technically I am right as they have the qualification. The all important piece of paper. In a job world it's qualifications first... That's what I was always told anyways. What does it matter what I'm eating a day?
-
Wow I'm not arguing with you all. I disagree completely. Of course I would take the advice of a qualified doctor over people that google. There's a difference between people who go and study for 4/5 years and people who go and look on Google and then think they are just as qualified. I believe I am initialed to my own…
-
Are we reading the same diet plan? Just think I'd rather take my doctors advice. Plus isn't that class more than you lot
-
How do they have more qualifications than a GP?
-
So therefore all these people should take a back seat.
-
So let me get this straight, all you people that probably don't have any qualifications (correct me if I'm wrong) are telling this girl to ignore her doctor? Great advice folks.
-
Mm k
-
Why shouldn't she?

Poor girl, I lost 15lbs in two months which I thought was fast, my other half lost 22lbs. So I totally believe you can do anything you put your mind too.
-
My other half has lost 22lbs in two months and I have lost 15lbs. I believe anything is possible.

I had half a chicken roti.... Last one before I leave the Caribbean
-
I would find it awful if my hubby wasn't on this journey with me... I suggest separate fridges.
-
I try and eat at the same time ever day. So we have porridge at about 8.30-9.00am most days, but have been sleeping in the past couple days that's why I was asking.
-
Ok I guess I'm just worrying too much about what's "right"
-
Just pulled this from the internet... This is why I'm confused. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol! Nutritionists advise: breakfast…
-
Not from a weight loss point of view. Just from a healthy life style point of view. I've always been told breakfast is important so just wondering if it actually is.

I use something called Alpha Cuts, it's a fat burner, appetite suppressant and gives energy. Me and my hubby use it as pre work out, he asked our trainer about it first, he says they all work if the diet is good too.
-
Bit personal but ok... Like how I don't feel like I look nice in tight clothes and I know that a flat stomach will change that. Or how when I wear shorts to the gym I chafe and I know that smaller legs will change that. Or how when my bra cuts into my back I get what I call 'back boobs' and I know that less body fat will…
-
Ok but what if the problems actually are all because of weight/image?
-
Ok, I don't want this offend any one or cause any argument. Please someone explain to me if you love yourself why you'd want to change yourself?
-
I'm 5ft4 I was 164lbs I am now 156.5lbs only started a few weeks ago. My goal is to be 130lbs I feel like that's not low enough now after reading these? Should I lower it? lol
-
It's mostly curry and things with spices round here, but the Christmas dinner is pretty much the same as any with turkey/ham pigs in blankets and things. Although it's not quite the same as home
-
It really is mostly about diet so get that on track until you feel comfy. I used to hate the gym 100% but I pushed myself out the comfort zone and quickly realised the gym is full of people working their *kitten* off, sweating, grunting, trying to get to their goal, not caring about who is around them. Now I can't wait to…

That's so funny!

Yeah by the time I clicked post it was too late. Oops I'll remember to check where I'm posting it next time.
-
Totally agree with the sports massage, if you're working your body hard you need to look after it
-
Everything. If I'm going to have carbs I'll have sweet potato or brown rice. I'm allowing my chocolate from the advent calendar since it's Christmas but I desperately try to stay away from saturated fat and sugars.
