okay so I've reached the highest weight I've ever been at. 221. I am only 5'2'. I know there are others that might have been heavier during their weight loss journey but I am very worried, and I hope I don't get discouraged along my journey. I guess I am an emotional eater, this past year or two has been highly stressful for me. any help or advice to get started would be wonderful. I'm cutting out carbs, drinking tea and water, no sugar, and lots of veggies and fruits. but I am embarrassed to go to the gym! I use to be fit, so I feel so out of place. eek.

It really is mostly about diet so get that on track until you feel comfy.
I used to hate the gym 100% but I pushed myself out the comfort zone and quickly realised the gym is full of people working their *kitten* off, sweating, grunting, trying to get to their goal, not caring about who is around them.
Now I can't wait to get to the gym and leave everything I have on that gym floor.0
