I agree. Those tools are helpful. I also know CICO is what ultimately matters, but the fasting and mindful eating have helped me gain a little more focus and purpose in eating.

I think there is a little difference, but it is about 20 lbs down and many inches! Still a work in progress. Slow and steady that is my game!

Tacos. I love them and living in Texas there are many options! Also loving the spring and early summer fresh vegetables and fruit. Also infused water - love cucumber water!!!

You are brave! I kicked my soda habit about a year and a half ago, but kept coffee. I usually only drink my one travel mug in he morning the. Switch to water and green tea. My soda headache lasted about a week.

Yeah to mountain bikes! I will tell you that my mountain bike was super important in building my confidence in my own strength. I agree with all of the above. I have my viviofit connect with mfp, but I don't have my viviofit data count in my calories. I add in my activity through mfp. I just did not like what the data did to my calories in mfp. Just my two cents!

I have had an issue for the past couple of days with my steps syncing to mfp, but the data was going from mfp to my garmin viviofit. I could see my calories and weight info in my garmin app that came from mfp. Then today I could see my steps in mfp. Maybe the bugs are worked out?!

I am 5'2" and have about 20-25 pounds to go. Oh and I am in my early 40's so that just adds to the fun with a lower metabolism! We can do this!
