I second this motion. Unexpected downside of losing 50lbs? That losing the last 20 would be so hard! The more you lose the harder it is... I wish we lived on a planet where our body's biology rewarded us for getting healthier by just melting the last few away

Absolutely. I've decided to diet on what comes to 1500 cals a day. In order to get enough protein + micros I have to do some really silly things: I eat a Mango and a carrot every day for vitamins C and A, I have two bowls of fortified cereal for Iron and a Tums for calcium. I find it interesting that for a lot of people IF=skipping breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so when I IF I stop eating by 4, so I skip dinner and the eat-all-the-sweet-snacks-before-bed danger zone. ^^This. I've taken Levothyroxine for +10 years now. In that time I've gained weight, lost weight (50lbs) and have been maintaining. All while on the same dose. Turns out that the culprit for my weight gain wasn't that little pill I take in the am, it was all the food I was putting in my mouth the rest of the day ;-)
