If you go to fitness blender dot com you can search their archives of workouts and choose the ones you want to do depending on the equipment you have, body part to train, etc. They also have a free calendar you can sign up for to plan your workouts using their videos.
They have plans for sale, but all the plans do is organize the free workout videos for you according to a specific goal. So no need to buy them unless you want to support them and what they do or you feel like you need more guidance.
Be careful of random free youtube workouts though. Just cause someone looks fit doesn't mean they know what they're doing. The fitnessblender people do and always teach you how to do the exercises with proper form.2 -

Jessica Smith TV. She organizes her videos by type of workout, and also has a set just for beginners to get started. Her attitude is positive and infectious, I went from not exercising at all to exercising every morning thanks to her spirit.
She also releases occasional challenge programs, and always makes sure to include daily options for dvds AND free youtube users. I love that she doesn't force us to buy the dvd sets to attempt a challenge set.0
