The last 20

I'm on a quest to lose the last 20 lbs. I'm at a healthy weight BMI-wise that I've been maintaining for a good 2+ years. But vanity of vanities, I want to see what I look and feel like slimmer than I've ever been in my adult life.

For those of you who've attained the holy grail of "goal weight" , what did losing the last 20 look like for you? Did you have to do something drastic or different, etc?
