  • the sweat would have a little bit of weight to it but not enough to even get noticed on the scale. it'd be like taking the moisture off the outside of a cup & still having the ice & drink left inside. in order to lose enough sweat to fully make a pound youd probably dehydrate yourself.
  • i have a samsung s health but mine is on a tablet instead of a phone & it doesnt give me an option for adding friends
  • if you have a ROKU, there's an app you can put on it called "live exercise" .it's a free app
  • run UP hill, walk UP hill, run DOWN hill, walk DOWN hill, stretch LEFT arm, stretch RIGHT arm, stretch LEFT leg, stretch RIGHT leg, work on ABs, START ....read the caps & i found a cheat code :D

  • you can get these flavor things at dollar tree . you just dump them in a 20 oz bottle of water & it flavors it. each box has 10 packets (since it's dollar tree, you are paying 10 cents each then per packet) & it says the calories are 5 for the serving size of 1/2 a packet so every packet has 10 calories....totally worth it…

  • i have the app on my tablet....go into the settings (the 3 bars at top left) ....choose SETTINGS ...PROFILE......UNITS.... now you can choose ponds, feet, kilometers, inches, whatever you want

  • i have a digital scale from the pharmacy (cheap pharmacy brand) & it tells weight, body fat, bmi, water percentage, lbs of muscle, lbs of bone & kcal..... 4476 kcal.....does that mean i have 4476 clories in my body?
  • 1 thing to look at is the scale....if its the older non-digital scales, make sure the needle is evenly on 0 before stepping on. ive had some that would mess up & not go to 0 every time
