Yes bikini, my 2nd show. I just finished a bulk but it was too short so I did not gained as much as muscle as wanted/needed

Update picture. I have been seriously following a bulking program for the last 5 weeks. I have gained 4 pounds. I'm currently eating 200 carbs, about 180 P, and 49 F. Total of 2100 calories

So you said you have trained competitors. How did you measure their BF then ?

Yea i definitely like the having glutes and hamstrings of steel but I have to work my upper body too as I'm stepping on stage again in March. This is why I'm so upset

Bikini. I'm on maintenance calories now and will start a bulk soon. My goal is to compete again next year

Update! Yes it did happened! I step on stage 2 weeks ago at %7 BF and I took first in open class and third in masters...

Actually yes I do have a timeline. I am competing in Sept. So don't have much time. I have to drop my BF to under 10% but don't want lose muscle.. Want to gain .. If possible !

Thanks your abs look great btw! I didn't have a full six pack as you but they were more defined before for sure. I'm in a constant battle between wanting more muscle (bigger buns) and wanting a 6 pack

In my previous routine I was focusing on one or 2 muscles per workout. So I was doing for example 3 excercises for triceps. No I have not read the book, only using the template along with some research I have done. Yes I have an injured back so I'm modified certain excercises. Sumiblue, I'm not longer doing deadlifts since I got hurt. I got MRI s done and my disk are fine thank god! I just had a muscle sprain.

Right! But I didn't say I'm ready to deadlift again! In fact, I'm not even planning on trying deadlifts for a long long time. No need to be rude! I was just asking for experiences on going back.

I hear you! I'm beyond frustrated! Whenever I'm ready to go back I'm planning on doing it very slowly and i even think I'm going to skip deadlifts all together.
