Bulking and lowering fat at the same time
So my coach just added some carbs to my diet since I'm trying a bulk, but wants to lower my body fat %3! He just said to do HITT for 20 mins 3 times per week. I don't think is possible but he swears on it. How can I eat more but lower my body fat ? Who am I superman ???? Opinions !?

Hello! I know you have to be in surplus to gain muscle and size.. However, I read articles that is possible for people who have been lifting less than 3 years to accomplish both! Anyone has any experience or has been successful at cutting and gaining at the same time ?

I was just diagnosed with elbow and shoulder tendinitis. I'm so upset as I was planning on start a bulk coming Nov 1. I'm also planning to compete again in March. Now I have to stay way from upper body lifting and do PT. Anyone has any experience?

I'm paranoid about losing my abs definition. I'm trying to bulk for the first time and I have gained a couple of pounds which looks nice in jeans but my abs are not the same!!!! I'm trying to work my abs harder on purpose. Any advice !!

Do you keep lifting with low back muscle spasms?
I hurted my back doing deadlifts. The MRI shows my disk are fine just have a lot of muscle spasms. I went easy for about a week but I'm ready to start lifting again but my back still hurts .

What's your abs workout look like? I usually train them twice per week minimum. Today is my rest day and I am planning on doing a TABATA section of just abs. I do weighted crunches, woodshoppers, planks, raise legs, ball excercises etc

Very sleepy after weight lifting
Hey! Anyone else experiences this? I think I get enough sleep , haven't notice any change in my sleeping pattern; however, lately I get very sleepy after weight training. I do eat before and after so I don't understand what's going on!

I can't decide if I want to cut or bulk
