Hey! Anyone has any success with the Texas method? I consider myself an intermediate lifter and I need a new routine or program. Anyone has any experience ?

Whether or not it's the right program for you will depend on your goals, but the Texas Method is solid. I suggest you buy Rip's Practical Programming For Strength Training book if you're thinking seriously about running a program based on the TM (make sure to get the 3rd edition.)0
