So I want to start bulking the clean way! Any tips or advice? I know I have to increase my calories but are there any particular foods you recommend ?

Find a macro calculator iifym is really good and it'll tell you what you should be at for calories. Really what a clean bulk is is watching your macros so you can eat whatever you want as long as your staying in those macros.
Here are some foods I like though.
Carbs: whole wheat bread, steel cut oats
Protien: chicken, turkey, quinoa, beef jerky (watch the sodium though) and good ol' protien powder
Fat: cashews, almonds, olive oil0
