Tell me if I need to bulk or cut. Anyone else feels like that ?

    I'm a foremost expert on opinions of personal preference. I say your physique is fine and you should now focus on performance goals, like strength, speed, agility, etc. :+1:

    Whether you should bulk or cut should be up to you not anyone else. If you want to add muscle, bulk. If you want to lose fat, cut. It's your body and you have to live in it. Make it look like what you want it to look like.

    If you look on the weight gain forum in one of the stickies there are some guidelines for when to bulk. They're based on body fat percentage, but like the others said, you've also gotta decide based on what you want to do with your body.
