I can't decide if I want to cut or bulk

I am at 16%body fat and my abs are not showing all the way yet. I feel as I need to continue on calorie deficit to keep cutting and lowering my body fat. At the same time, I'm lifting heavy to try to gain muscle. I don't want to look too skinny or continue losing weight! My clothes don't fit! I want my abs to show but I almost feel like giving up and try to eat more and gain instead! Opinions?

If your in a cutting phase you should be lifting heavy right now to maintain muscle not trying to gain. Also why do you care so much about your abs? I'd say start bulking. And add core to your workout I'm at probably 20% fat if not more and my abs show fine. Not a 6 pack but they show.0

Choose one or the other and stick with it. Might has well bulk. It's the holidays and the winter. Get er done0

I want a 6 pack that's why I care so much about my abs. I'm just so confused but thanks for the opinion0 -
If having a 6 pack is important to you then keep cutting try adding more core exercises that will help them show better.
Also your abs are muscles they will be harder to strengthen during a cut.0 -
16%? I'd bulk. I started a bulk at a higher body fat than that. You'll enjoy it. Especially tis the season.0
