  • Message me I can help you. I was diagnosed with diabetes 5 months ago and had an a1c of 8.1. I was overweight. I am now in pre diabetes and my a1c is now at 5.6. Everyone here has given great points. I have nothing else to add to this but motivation. So message me and I can help you. Cheers!
  • Don't regret the decisions you make. Reset the next day and learn from it and move forward. Always focus on your goals and commit. It's ok to have a cheat day. Just moderate it.
  • If you crave something you can drink water and forget about it or if it's a cheat day, then sure have it. Just moderate your consumption
  • Remember your calorie maintenance figure will depend on your height weight and how active you are.
  • 1200 calories is a default. You can actually figure out your calories consumption by googling a calorie calculator or just take your current weight and multiply it by 15 will give you a general calorie at maintenance. Now to lose weight, take 20% of your maintenance calories and that will be your set calorie goal for you…
