Message me I can help you. I was diagnosed with diabetes 5 months ago and had an a1c of 8.1. I was overweight. I am now in pre diabetes and my a1c is now at 5.6. Everyone here has given great points. I have nothing else to add to this but motivation. So message me and I can help you. Cheers!

Don't regret the decisions you make. Reset the next day and learn from it and move forward. Always focus on your goals and commit. It's ok to have a cheat day. Just moderate it.

If you crave something you can drink water and forget about it or if it's a cheat day, then sure have it. Just moderate your consumption

Remember your calorie maintenance figure will depend on your height weight and how active you are.

1200 calories is a default. You can actually figure out your calories consumption by googling a calorie calculator or just take your current weight and multiply it by 15 will give you a general calorie at maintenance. Now to lose weight, take 20% of your maintenance calories and that will be your set calorie goal for you…
