Coffee kills my hunger pain (quick but temporarily) then I usually eat cucumber slices-very low calories.

Just joined a gym yesterday. So far just treadmill and eliptical. Tomorrow I'm going to the weight machines. Was thinking maybe I will alternate strength one day, cardio the next. I meet with a trainer next week for a more focused workout for my goals. Can't wait!

Thanks everyone. I will be conscious of the soy and processed ingredients. I cut my intake of protein shakes in half today and I feel alot better.

I started adipex yesterday 02/26. I have 30 lbs to lose. Have insomnia and a little irritable but very little appetite. I've drank over a gallon of water today. I'd like to hear all of you guys progress while taking the meds! :smiley:
