Yes I'm keeping to the 1200 cal. But sometimes I do go over cuz I'm hungry alot. I take a medication that has a side effect of increasing appetite, so I deal with it with lots of water and watermelon. Haha

That happens to me often. I eat smart pop popcorn single pack is only 100 calories and I'll have cucumber slices. In fact that is what I'm doing right now!

I took them and it stopped working after a week. My hunger came back and I had side effects like confusion and irritability. Yes to all. I exercise. I bloat and I crave chocolate real bad. I started taking a water pill. Helps with bloat alot.

I just started taking them. Im doing calorie deficit with cardio a few times a week. No difference in weight except from deficit. Not sure if supplements will help with weight loss but my son trains professional athletes and he recommended them to me. So we'll see.

Yes, I was disappointed that I gave into chocolate this weekend and went over my calorie goal both Sat and Sun. This week I'm determined to stay on track. Was up 2 lbs. from bloat etc. I figured I was because I felt it. It's also my female thing.... I'm keeping positive today tho. I can't let the blues sink in too deep.

My son is getting married October and I plan to have 30 lbs gone by then. So far losing about .5-1 lb a week. It's slow but better this way. I'm learning better eating habits so it's becoming more of a lifestyle now. Congrats! You can do it!

Make MFP your new best friend. Log your food faithfully and figure out your meals the night before and stick to it the next day.
