No I'm not heavy or big at all I'm 65kg ringing wet but I've been eating about 3000 on average calories a day can I ask if I eat loads of carbs but it doesn't add up to my calorie goal will it effect me putting on size and also I've been eating too unhealthy and I know high fat foods are good to gain but I want my kidneys…

Thanks for help I watched vid yh I think I'm gonna up the calories so I'm putting on a half pound a week or something like that keep it clean and regularly work my abs so they stand out
